I don’t often share personal matters or air out my issues on social media.
It’s just never felt like the right space for that—and honestly, I find it inappropriate to do so publicly.
I’ve always been someone who leans into introspection and quiet reflection. When I do choose to post, it’s usually because something has stirred something deeper in me—an idea, a moment, or a truth that I hope might also prompt reflection in others.
I’m not online for the likes, the shares, or the clickbait.
For me, social media was intended to be a space for connection—a way to share experiences, thoughts, and moments with those we can’t always be with in person.
And yet, I’m consistently disheartened by the negativity that shows up in comment sections. The verbal attacks. The dismissive tone. Sometimes, even from people we know.
That kind of energy ruins what could be meaningful exchanges.
We could use more empathy, more grace, and more thoughtful conversation in our digital spaces. I’ll keep showing up that way—and I hope others will, too.
